After graduating magna cum laude from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, Tom spent years helping high-profile clients overcome their most challenging problems as a principal at the Boston Consulting Group.

Tom’s unique background in innovation strategy, intellectual property and cutting-edge product development enables him to find ways to add value and bring clarity in the most unexpected ways.

Matt believes that every revolution begins with a vision for something greater.

When Matt worked in logistics and technology companies early in his career, he could see that something was missing. He knew there was a better way to make transportation companies more efficient and profitable.

All paths Matt took in his career have led him to where he is today: founding, then successfully selling HubTran, leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies like GE, ArcelorMittal and RR Donnelley. Advising clients on supply chain strategy at Booz, Allen & Hamilton. An MBA with honors from the Harvard Business School and a BA, magna cum laude, from Duke University.

Armed with years of knowledge and experience, Matt is a leader prepared to help BravoTran revolutionize the way transportation companies do business.

Before joining BravoTran, Henry led web development at Triller and Riptide Software, and spent over a decade at Aon Hewitt honing systems that support large-scale operations. That broad technical foundation—combined with his steady, thoughtful approach—makes him a vital part of BravoTran’s engineering team.

With a degree in philosophy and a career spent translating complexity into clarity, John brings thoughtful engineering and a collaborative spirit to every project. He’s making sure the tools work harder—so people don’t have to.

Logan has always believed that when you truly understand your customer, the right solution becomes obvious.

That belief has guided his career in logistics technology—and after seeing firsthand how the industry struggles with manual processes, Logan recognized the power and potential of BravoTran’s automation platform. He joined the team to help bring that transformation to scale.

Logan began his career at Coyote Logistics and went on to lead enterprise sales efforts at WorkHound and FreightWaves, where he worked closely with supply chain leaders to solve operational and workforce challenges.

With a background in both customer success and logistics technology, Logan brings empathy, insight, and a clear sense of purpose to every conversation. At BravoTran, he’s helping teams move faster, work smarter, and do more with less.

Randy has always been drawn to the challenge of making complex systems work simply—and work well.

He’s spent over a decade helping companies turn fragmented workflows into smooth, scalable operations. At BravoTran, Randy leads integrations to build seamless, scalable connections that transform how the industry operates.

Before joining BravoTran, Randy led integration engineering at HubTran and TriumphPay, building tools that helped logistics teams work smarter and faster. He started his career as a civil engineer—bringing with him a love of structure, systems, and efficiency.

Bee believes that great customer relationships are built on trust, empathy, and the ability to truly listen.
